Creating a King Lear Essay
William Shakespeare, the Bard, wrote many plays. King Lear is probably his most famous (perhaps second most, since Romeo and Juliet also has widespread and enduring popularity). A King Lear essay could be written from more than one angle, as can all the works of Shakespeare. Does the story, itself, lend well to an essay? Of course it does. It’s a tale of how easily royalty can make the same mistakes as poor folks (peasants), and how dealing with their mistakes are handled in unusual ways. The introduction to an essay should clearly state your angle.

Macbeth Essay
A Macbeth essay on the Tragedy of Macbeth by William Shakespeare is one of his shortest but greatest plays based on the Holinshed’s Chronicles. The play was based around the monarchy existing in England and Scotland at the time.
Macbeth
Overall, I think Lady Macbeth’s drive for her husbands actions is particularly selfish as she stands to gain a lot from this and essentially is doing it for her own benefit seeing she would become the highest female in Scotland. This is mainly the reason for treating her husband the way she did because she knows that if he should fail, then so would she. This play ends in tragedy as Lady Macbeth has poisoned her husbands mind and now he is the one organising a plan and scheming against King Duncan which means he was almost happy to murder the King who obviously trusted him dearly.
